Description
When you think of Japanese cars from the 90s/early 2000s, you automatically think of the Subaru Impreza and its best enemy, the Mitsubishi Lancer! The Evo is the sporty version of the Mitsu saloon. From 1992, and for more than 10 years, they defended the colours of the Japanese marque on the special stages of the World Rally Championship. Between 1992 and 2005, Mitsubishi won 4 drivers titles and 1 manufacturers title! The success story began in 1996 with the EVO III, when Finnish driver Tommi Mäkinen won his first title. This victory inevitably attracted many rally fans to the production version, which developed 270bhp thanks to its turbocharged engine. The cars aerodynamics have been completely reworked compared with the EVO II.
